The City of Knoxville and MPC have scheduled a series of meetings for the Recode Knoxville zoning code update to present the third draft of the code and second draft of the map. Changes that were made from the last round of drafts will also be discussed. We encourage you to attend to learn more!
The final draft of the updated ordinance will be on the agenda for MPC’s monthly meeting in November. It is expected to be presented to Knoxville City Council before the end of the year, though a final vote may not happen until 2019.
