Knoxville City Council considered Recode through Article nine at their May 14 meeting. The Articles posted on the Project Documents & Reports page show those changes in green. Council will continue working through the remainder of Draft 5 on their next special meeting on May 30. The meeting will be held at 3:00 pm in the Main Assembly Room of the City County Building.
A series of meetings to present the third draft of the code and second draft of the map will be held in late October in preparation for their consideration the Metropolitan Planning Commission in November. Changes made from the last round of drafts will be highlighted.
MPC is working with several community groups throughout the City of Knoxville and will share information about the second draft of the updated zoning ordinance at a series of upcoming meetings.

Another round of meetings for Recode Knoxville were held on September 19 and 20. These focused on the recently released draft Technical Report.
The July Stakeholder Advisory Committee brought community members together to review an upcoming report and discuss responses to the the first community survey.
