Five sessions are scheduled for residents seeking more information about the first draft of the updated zoning ordinance. The community is invited to stop in, share comments and talk directly to the project team in an informal setting.

The first draft of the City of Knoxville’s updated zoning ordinance was released March 21. The consultant team assisting in the update presented the draft to elected and appointed officials, special interest groups, and the public at three separate meetings.

First Draft to be Shared with the Community
The first draft of the City’s new zoning ordinance will be released on March 21 at the Stakeholder Advisory Committee Meeting. To learn more, the public is invited to attend this meeting, a community meeting on March 22, or a workshop on Recode at the annual Neighborhood Conference on March 24.
